Handling
Handling times on physical orders vary due to the nature of our products being handmade and personalised. As a guide we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and will notify you if your order is likely to be delayed.
Pick-up/Collection
Were you specify local pick-up, we will notify you when your items are ready for collection with details on where and when to collect.
Pickup is available at the following times:
Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm
Please contact us at studiochally@gmail.com if you need to arrange an alternative time.
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Local Delivery
For local customers, we offer free local delivery within 5km of our address in Harrisdale. If you are within the boundaries, the free local delivery option will be available to you at checkout. There are no set delivery times for this, however you will receive a text with delivery window options when your order is ready.
If you are not home at the arranged time of delivery, your order will be left at your property and you will receive a photo of its location. If you have agreed to have your order left unattended (or are not home at the arranged time), we are not responsible for the safety of your order.
Shipping Costs - Australia
Shipping costs are calculated based on item size and weight as follows:
Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $12, free on orders over $120. Please note, wholesale orders or orders containing large items may be excluded from the free shipping offer.
Express Shipping: Starts at $15, and is based on product weight and size.
You can select either standard or express shipping options at the checkout. Shipping within Australia will usually be via Australia Post. Australia Post shipping times cannot be guaranteed at the current time unfortunately as they are subject to significant delays.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery services where this is likely to be quicker or more secure and this does not entitle you to any refund on shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace items not delivered due to misplaced shipping (but we will provide you with the information to follow this up with the carrier).
